Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We have three options for you to initiate a return:

-By emailing us at sales@millerserviceparts.com
-By using your online account to request a return
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging unopened. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
All orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This will be determined by our staff depending on the type of items being returned.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
ALL INCORRECT / DAMAGED SHIPMENTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT AND PRIOR TO USE.
ALL ELECTRONIC ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL SHEET METAL IS NON-REFUNDABLE; IF DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT WE WILL OFFER A REPLACEMENT. IF ITEM IS SHIPPING INCORRECTLY MILLER WILL SHIP THE CORRECT ITEM.
MILLER items not eligible for return include:
• Hardware
• Sheet metal
• Nameplates
• Service Kits
• Non-standard or made-to-order items
• Partial pack quantities
• Any parts considered low usage or not normally stocked by MILLER
• Circuit Boards
• All bulk cable sold by the foot
• Memory Cards
Shipping
Shipping is prepaid or free depending on the item. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
